Firstly, my Unit E team and I held a meeting together to discuss who'll write which section of the equipment list... and then we wrote it:

Since my equipment test resulted in the recording ending due to the MacBook's disc becoming full, today, my tutor and I went through the disc together making space:

Our Unit E team did a test setup of all the equipment we'll be using for our event and a test run through with a band on stage.
Below is a mixdown of the recording I made of the performance firstly with the ORTF recording, and secondly without it. This has shown me that the room recording is vital for a live-sounding live recording because it sounds as if you're you're in the room hearing it live:


I also taught Aleks, the mix engineer, how to do everything I need to do on the day as a contingency plan if something happened to me on the day of the event.
